Weekly Lessons

Our lessons are structured in a personalized way to fit each student's level and instrument.
As we get to know a student's musical goals and inspirations, we incorporate exercises, language, and song selections that will support their growth as a musician. In providing an enjoyable and accessible lesson experience, a love of music, both learning and playing it, is nurtured.
Instruments Offered: Piano, Guitar, Vocals, Bass, Ukulele, Drums, & more
Lesson Lengths: 30 or 45 minutes
Ages: 6 through adult
Level/Experience: Beginner - Intermediate

Our coaching sessions are designed to be a la carte- for musicians (or bands) who already know how to play, but would like some help with a project or challenge they are working through.
Whether it's an individual that wants help learning songs for an upcoming rehearsal or performance, an established band getting feedback on their sound and stage setup, or someone looking for support in songwriting or producing a record, these hour long sessions will get questions answered and help create structure. We will help to guide through the process of musical creation, without the ongoing commitment of a weekly lesson.
Coaching Topics: Songwriting, Recording, Rehearsal, Performance and more.
Session Lengths: 60 minutes
Ages: 12 through adult
Level/Experience: Intermediate - Advanced

We see so much value in creating performance opportunities that are inclusive and accessible for musicians of all ages and levels.
Twice annually we put together Student Showcases, where our students and other local music students have the chance to practice performing what they've been working on in their weekly lessons.

DANCE, ACT, SING
Tuesdays 6/17, 7/1, 7/29
When: 9:30a-2:30p,
Performance at 2:15p
Ages: 6-11
Kids will sing as a group, learn dance choreography, play improv/theater games, and prepare a song or 2 for a short performance at the end of the day. No experience necessary.
ROCK BAND
Thursdays, 6/19, 7/31
When: from 9:30a-2:30p,
Performance at 2:15p
Ages: 8-13
Kids will get to experience what it's like to play, write, and perform music with others in a real life 'rock band' setting. No experience necessary.
Cost: $100/day
Discounts offered to siblings, multiple days, & current RMS lesson students.

Kids will get to experience what it's like to play, write, and perform music with others in a real life 'rock band' setting.
With two days, participants will have the opportunity to grow even more!
No experience necessary.
Cost: $160/2 days
